Scaling innovation from a small pilot project to full-scale implementation is often challenging due to a lack of strategic direction and management support. The absence of a supportive system and culture of innovation can also make it difficult for successful innovation projects to achieve their full potential.

 

At this stage of the journey, CIAS can support your organization with tailored consulting services. The program durations vary from 1 to 9 months, depending on the complexity and desired outcomes. The programs include Leading Strategic Innovation, Building Innovation Culture and Corporate Innovation Management.
