Responsibilities:

Associate Coach

• Serve the project owner and the squad

• Protect the squad

• Help to remove impediment and waste during and within the learning process

• Coach and develop the squad on practices of continuous improvements

• Motivate and challenge the squad

• Facilitate collaboration on cadence

• Improve effectiveness of change in the organization

• Ensure everyone hold tight to Design Thinking, Agile Innovation Project, Agile Development, Business Model Canvas and others relevant to CIAS core values

Associate Trainer

• Enrich self in necessary training to gain the skill and knowledge as expected of a CIAS Trainer

• Diligently join and follow briefings for every assigned projects/programs

• Deliver finely-tuned materials to assigned participants in class

• Learn, prepare, and improve basic materials provided by CIAS team to make it easier for participants to understand and absorb

• Become the one in charge of materials during workshops according to the design and the dynamics of the program, following the material and ideas of Design Thinking, Agile Innovation Project, Agile Development, Business Model Canvas and others relevant to CIAS core values

 

Associate Facilitator

• Enrich self in necessary training to gain the skill and knowledge as expected of a CIAS Facilitator

• Diligently join and follow briefings for every assigned projects/programs

• Deliver finely-tuned materials to assigned participants in a squad based on what has been conveyed by CIAS Trainer

• Drive and influence squad members/participants in a workshop to get tasks done

• Check and ensure each squads complete their tasks according to standards and core values that had been explained by CIAS Trainer in class

• Compile a report on group dynamics and the results of the working squads during workshops and other sessions

Qualifications:

• Have a Bachelor Degree

• Preferably fluent in English

• Extensive experience working in training firm or consultancy

• Have a knowledge/exposure of various industries

• Have the ability to deliver informative materials

• Have the ability to urge or persuade others to do certain tasks
