Indrawan Nugroho is a Corporate Innovation Consultant, Co-founder, and CEO of Corporate Innovation Asia (CIAS). He is also a founding member of Kubik Leadership Group. Since 2000, Indra has provided consulting and training services to enhance productivity for over 150 companies, including most of the Fortune 100 companies in Indonesia.


Dr. (C) M. Taufik Mardian, MBA
Taufik is the COO and Lead Agile Consultant at CIAS. He has over 17 years of professional experience in various roles and functions across multiple companies, including key positions such as Director and Commissioner. Taufik is a Certified Professional Agile Coach (IC Agile), Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, and Certified SAFe Practitioner (Scrum Alliance). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Brawijaya University.
